I’m gonna say CP based souly on the interior, and that autozone steering wheel.

CP. LS installation looks clean enough but the rest of the car isn’t.

Crack pipe. I could see maybe $12k, as the engine swap looks fairly clean, but for $20k the whole thing would have to be mint.
I also find it suspicious that all the exterior shots are taken when the car is soaking wet. Seems like he’s hiding something.

This. It would have to be perfect for this price. And with the dark paint/wet car, it's impossible to get a good look at the rockers/wheel wells. CP all day.

My current side job is over $22k into paint and body alone (not to me) it’s way straighter than factory but still not perfect (I’m picky its basically perfect). Putting a 350 in something is cheap. Cars that are crusty are also cheap.

Pics don’t tell me much. I would inspect in person, but I’m leaning towards overpriced.

Dude says “asking” and “open to cash offers.” So it's not really fair to brand him CP.
